Here are some of the top wins I have had:

RIS - Scott's Nasty's Design Greenfield, OH April 2014

Since 2005 I have been working to develop a herd that I feel best meets the standard, and that I can be proud of owning and exhibiting.  My dedication to that goal has been quantified by the recent success my herd has had.

  • In 2011, at the spring nationals Scott's Bosly won BOB in Sedalia, Missouri.  He is owned by Nikki Mensick, and is a beautiful bk silver steel.

  • In 2012, at the ARBA convention a buck named Antwaun won BOB.  Antuawn is the result of a co-breeding out of my buck Timberlake.  Also at the 2012 convention my little doe Miss A-Thing won the SJD class of 149 and then went on to win BOSV.  I was also able to bring home two second places from that show.  This show season finished with me in 2nd place in sweetstakes points for the breed.

  • In the spring of 2013, at Nationals Scott's Caden won BOV solid, and was followed by his grandson who won the SJB class.  I was also fortunate enough to also have 5 SJD's place in the top 20 with 4 in the top 8.

  • Fall 2013 at the ARBA Convention, I was lucky enough to win BOB with Scott's Rio.  A SJB who lead a group of 7 SJB's who placed in the top 9 of the class; 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th places.  Not to be outdone, Flat Nasty pulled off another top 10 Convention placement with a 6th place.  In the solid junior doe class I had 5 ladies place in the top 20 with a 3rd for the top finish.  In the BSB class, I had  4 bucks make the top 20 with Steels placing 4th and Oscar pulling another top 10 place with 6th. J-lo took 6th place as a BSD, maintaining her 6th place finish as a BJD the year before.  Most exciting I was lucky enough to take top Honors in Display Points.

  • Spring 2014 - Scott's Krandon sires the 2014 AMLRC BOB.  MLRCA National Spring show - Took top honors in the SJB class and BJD class.  Also won Best Fur and Best Display.  Both youth animals that won were out of my herd as well.  The BOB was directly out of my barn and the BOS Was out of a pair of my animals.

  • Fall 2014 - Scott's Orien was 2nd place to the BOB.  I had several other animals place in the top of the classes.  On the youth side there were several animals that took top honors from my barn or out of animals from my barn as well.  BOS was out of one of my bucks.

  • Spring 2015 - AMLRC National show, Jake Weber won SSB with Scott's Conception.  On the youth side there were several animals out of my stock that placed, won classes and took BOS.  OMLRC (MLRCA Spring Show) Dark Fall BOB and Black Fire took BOV.  Open BOS owned by Mike and Debbie Barnhart (bred by Jeremy Elleman out of Scott's Kaden),  Youth BOB was rasied by Emily Zimmer out out of Scott's 102JS and Scott's Steels.

  • Fall 2015 - Scott's Deadliest Catch went BOS at the ARBA Convention.  In youth, the BOSV Broken junior doe was a Scott's rabbit.

  • Spring 2016 - Black Fire wins his 11 BIS/RIS and his 68th leg, including 33 BOBs.  Super Sonic Pulled a Best of the Best at the Intergalactic show in Michigan.

  • Fall 2016 - Kind Eyes wins BOB at the ARBA Convention, and Scott's On The Spot and Scott's VT produced DeSurra's Country Club who won BOS.

Future Goals:

I am going to continue working on maintaining balance within my animals, while trying to improve on the depth over the hindquarters and overall improvement of flesh within my animals.
